Merrymaking Event Info

The basics

This FREE event will take place on December 8, 2024 from 12-3pm. We will be making merry in rain, shine, or snow! There will be a large tent so we’ll be covered in case of inclement weather.

The event takes place on West Merrimack Street in Downtown Manchester. The road will be closed between Franklin St. and Canal St.

Parking is available at the City Hall lot or any open parking garage.

Food & Beverages

You won’t be hungry (or thirsty) at Merrymaking!

We will have food available for purchase, hot chocolate, coffee, and more!

We are proud to offer food available for purchase from:

• Common Man Restaurants - apple cider donuts, hot beverages

We have a great lineup of entertainment for you!

You can also look forward to a live Ice Sculpture Carving from our friends at Ice Breakers, plus seasonal crafts with Diz’s Cafe and A&R Workshop, and raffles from several Manchester businesses.

We’re glad to host local businesses and other vendors at Merrymaking!

Toys for Tots

We’re happy to have Toys for Tots as our featured charitable partner. We encourage you to bring a new, unwrapped toy for children of all ages.

Guests who bring a toy will be given a raffle ticket to put towards prizes from local businesses.
